David Merriman of Roskill Consulting Group Ltd., reported in 2013 on the occurrences of rare earths, their geological settings, main ore minerals, and reviewed the historical and current rare earth supply. Pre-1990s, he also discussed post-Chinese dominance - 1990-Present, current production and progress of exploration, future supply of rare earths, availability of rare earths in China, recycling, and discussed a forecast of REE supplies.
