Fexl recently released an outstanding video wherein we are treated to look at the entire picture of the solar system and beyond. The graphics are high quality and the narration is subperb. The Solar System feels very different from the diagrams typically available. It is not a crowded family of planets huddled around a warm fire.
It is a lonely island in the middle of a vast and dark ocean. The Oort Cloud is the shoreline of that island. It marks the end of the place where we can survive and the beginning of the interstellar void that we are not yet ready to cross.
