Hartman opined in mid-November 2023 that first, the Supreme Court legalized bribery. They freely accepted gifts & vacations from billionaires (some with pending cases before the Court.)

Now SCOTUS has decided to implement a judicial code of ethics…however, the unenforceable code is simply more smoke & mirrors from a Court that can’t or won’t hold itself accountable…just another in a long line of judicial political scandals.
