Dr. Jay H. Lehr and Tom Harris reported that nuclear power “is actually the safest form of energy on the planet. It’s unfortunate that so many people opposed it many years ago and a few incidents turned people against it. But it really is the safest form of energy and will undoubtedly run the world some centuries hence.”

To help us understand why this is the case, we have invited, Houston, Texas-based geologist Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., CPG, to be our guest today. Michael is Senior Principal & Chief Geologist / Chief Hydrogeologist of I2M Consulting, LLC, a professional practice offering experienced geologists, hydrogeologists, and other geoscientists, and project managers with many years in mining and environmental assessments and other activities.

Michael serves in a variety of technical and management functions, ranging from operational management to fieldwork and supervising drilling and sampling programs to providing litigation support as a consulting expert or testifying expert for the legal community.
