The hearing was held on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC. The purpose of the hearing was to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing domestic critical mineral mining, processing, refining, and reprocessing.
